These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you"), and RaiseFlow Inc, doing business as RaiseFlow ("RaiseFlow," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of https://raiseflow.io, including any related websites, applications, tools, or services (collectively, the "Site").

By accessing or using the Site, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.

Supplemental terms or policies posted on the Site from time to time are incorporated by reference. We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

The Site is operated from the United States and is not intended for use in jurisdictions where such use would violate applicable laws. Users accessing the Site from other locations do so at their own risk and are responsible for compliance with local laws.

The Site is not designed to comply with industry-specific regulations such as HIPAA, FISMA, or GLBA. If your use would be subject to such regulations, you may not use the Site.

You must be at least 18 years old to use or register for the Site.

    2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

Unless otherwise stated, all content on the Site—including software, source code, databases, text, graphics, logos, and designs (collectively, the "Content")—and all trademarks and service marks ("Marks") are owned by or licensed to RaiseFlow and are protected under intellectual property laws.

The Content is provided "as is" for personal, non-commercial use only. No part of the Site or Content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, sold, licensed, or exploited for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

You are granted a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to access and use the Site solely for its intended purpose. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts providing false or misleading information.
